Champions league review

***Top Match Results & Brief Talking Points***
1. Real Madrid 2 – 2 Dortmund
2. Juventus 2 – 0 Dinamo Zagreb
3. Tottenham 3 – 1 CSKA
4. Porto 5 – 0 Leicester
5. Lyon 0 – 0 Sevilla
6. Leverkusen 3 – 0 Monaco

Well well well… Football and Fun just go together. We were indeed thrilled. We really Loved it. It didn’t really feel like team qualified, there was pride. There was a Football show. Just some things we just have to say:
1. Oh Dortmund… Atletico was superb, but you win our heart as the team of the tournament in the Champions League. You were brilliant and created records. Today, you came from behind to draw Champions Real Madrid, then you created a record of 21 goals in the Champions League group stage.

2.  What really is wrong with Leicester that had great defense last season? Could it be the missing Kante now strengthening Chelsea? Yes, they qualified already, but 5-0 is outrageous.

3. We had some worry here @sportknot. This season that saw Arsenal win their group, the likes of Real Madrid, Man City and Bayern were second in their group. We wish Arsenal luck. We would love to see them go far this season.

4. Messi didn’t get his fill yesterday, Ronaldo not could even manage an assist, talk less of a goal today. Wow, all the commentator could say was if it was the young Ronaldo… There were chances his younger self would made better use of.

5. Well done to Juventus and Leverkusen for their win and clean sheets. It rounded up to 21 goals altogether, 4 short of the 25 we had yesterday. It was fun and beautiful. We will see the draws. We will know who gets lucky. Don’t call it a wild guess if we feel Dortmund could win this Champions League… It is not enough that they came from behind to draw Real Madrid, created records; but it could be a sign.
