The 34-year-old Brazil international has been linked with a move away from the Italian outfit this summer, despite him enjoying an impressive debut campaign in Turin where he has helped the side retain their Serie A title and will feature in Saturday's Champions League final against Real Madrid in Cardiff.
Alves, who moved to Juve from Barcelona 12 months ago, still has a year remaining on his deal with the Bianconeri but it is being reported that he could be allowed to leave.
Blues boss Antonio Conte is thought to have been offered Alves as he bids to bolster his squad ahead of next season's title defence and return to Champions League football.
However, with Kyle Walker's future uncertain at Tottenham, their boss Mauricio Pochettino is believed to be keeping tabs on Alves' situation, while Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola wants to be reunited with him having coached him at Barca in the past.
Alves is thought to be keen on a move to London which will leave City out of the equation and possibly lead to a straight fight between Chelsea and Spurs.
